Appointments
Patients are seen by appointments only. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice so that the time can be made available for another patient. For surgical appointments, we request a 72-hour notice.
A charge of $75.00 will be made for missed appointments, or appointments canceled with less than the 48-hour notice. We try to reserve this for situations in which the time commitment has not been maintained.
We make every effort to honor all time commitments, and request you extend the same courtesy to us. Occasionally emergencies do occur - we do ask your indulgence for the delay. We try to keep as close to the schedule as possible. We believe our patients will find it reassuring to know that if they were in a similar situation, they could obtain immediate attention.
